At Foxi Murdegu Beach, also known as Sarrala along the Tertenia coastline, the coast opens into a wide, dramatic landscape bordered on either side by hills draped in wild greenery.

The shoreline consists of medium-grained pale sand, rich with golden highlights that blend into smooth, polished pebbles along the water's edge. The generous depth of the sandy space guarantees excellent comfort, providing plenty of room to find your own quiet corner. Entry into the water is clean and immediate: the floor of sand and stones drops off steadily just a few meters from the shore, quickly shifting the sea's palette from clear aquamarine to a deep, rich blue. The bay's exposure often brings a light, pleasant breeze that stirs the surface of the water and keeps the air fresh, even during the hottest hours of the day.

Directly behind the sand lies a thick blanket of Mediterranean scrub, which discreetly conceals parking areas and access paths to keep the setting looking almost entirely untouched. Looking inland, your view meets the bold silhouettes of the Ogliastra mountains, creating a striking contrast between the rugged peaks and the vast, open sea.
